How often do you challenge yourself? I mean not only in business/day-to-day life/family I mean some sports. Doesn’t really matter what kind of sports. Have you ever though why challenge is life is good? If you achieved some results and it’s easy for you to do something you are stuck. Stuck with the same results and same level of achievement.
During Pilates classes I always ask people to go for extra effort, extra time for getting new results, extra squat. I find it necessary to have a challenge during the class that will help people to get the feeling they achieved or they need to do something extra to get where they want.
