Equipment: you need a laptop, tablet or smartphone to join. As you know, during our classes I need to see you and correct the moves. Video is important. Make sure, you have it on and I can see you fully during exercises.
Software: we will use Zoom. If you have not used it before, I am confident you will love it! To avoid disruptions in using Zoom, I suggest you install it prior to the class. This is very easy and straightforward. When you will be joining the class, make sure you use a name or nickname (the way you prefer 🙂) just in case I’d need to correct your moves during the class.
I suggest you join the class 5 minutes before the scheduled time for the first class to avoid missing the start of the class.

What else? You get dressed to be comfy during the class and use your mat. All as usual and in the comfort of your own home.
The link for joining your online class will be sent out 2 hours before each class to your email.
The classes are taking place every Tuesday and Thursday according to the times stated above in Dublin time.
You need to reserve your spot 24 hours before each class latest to attend if your purchase 1 class at a time.
You can cancel your attendance by emailing me 24 hours before scheduled class. If you have paid for the class you can attend the next upcoming one and the payment will be automatically transferred.
You need to fill out this formto notify about the days of your attendance. If you have done this already and there are no changes on your side, no need to fill it out again.
