In our busy life we barely find time to do some sports ourselves however never think on involving our kids. Think twice! Being a Pilates instructor I always neglected bringing my kid to the class as I was thinking that she has enough of activities however one day I was walking to pick her up from school and I started thinking if the sports activities she is involved in at school are as good as Pilates class. And that’s what I have decided to check 🙂 I brought her once to class and she was extremely excited to get involved in the exrcises and since then I do use every oportunity to do Pilates with her and we also started Pilates classes for kids.
